The Problem...

When this beauty therapist came to us, she had just invested in a new location and wanted to fill her schedule in a predictable way. Empty client appointment slots mean lost revenue and lost opportunity.

This Yarraville beauty therapist recognised that she didn’t have a system to get new client interest to fill her appointments on a consistent basis.   • We built local citations which are links from local directories to their site to push them up the Google map pack, this increased their visibility and local SEO

    for more potential customer eyeballs.

  • And finally, we implemented a system to increase the amount of 5-star reviews we were receiving and ran it virtually on autopilot.
